Yes, and there is no version of this platform where it is not. Registering, searching, applying, being contacted by an employer and reporting a listing are all free for a job seeker.

How do I register?

Sign in with Google — it takes a few seconds and there is no code to wait for. Then tell us the work you do and the area you can work in, and you are done. You do not need a written CV.

How do I apply for a job?

Open a job and apply from the page. The employer sees your profile and contacts you directly — there is no agent in between and nobody to pay.

Someone asked me to pay for a job. What do I do?

Do not pay. A job that asks you for money is not a job. Report the listing — it is free and needs no account — and tell us at grievance@naukardundo.com.

How do I know a job is genuine?

Every employer is checked before their vacancy is published, and the salary is shown before you apply. Beyond that there are signs worth learning to read, and we have written them down.

How do I post a job?

Create an employer account, complete verification, and post. Your vacancy goes live once the business check has passed.

What does verification involve?

We confirm the business exists and that you are entitled to hire for it. Until that passes, a vacancy cannot be published — which is the same protection that makes candidates willing to answer your listing.

What is a contact unlock?

It is how you reach a candidate’s contact details directly. Current prices and plans are shown on the pricing page, which is the only place we quote them so a figure can never go stale here.

A candidate did not answer. Can I have a refund?

Once contact details have been delivered, the fee is ordinarily not refundable simply because a candidate did not answer or declined. Where an unlock was charged and nothing was delivered, or a contact is confirmed fraudulent, we restore the credit or refund it. The full rules are in the Terms.

Safety and reporting

Reporting is free, takes a minute, and does not need an account. You are not making trouble by doing it — you are stopping the next person losing money.

Open the job and use the report link on it. Tell us what happened in your own words; you do not need proof to report something.

A consultancy already took a fee from me. Can I get it back?

Sometimes, and there are specific steps that make it more likely. This is not about NaukarDundo — we have never charged a job seeker — but it is the situation people write to us about most.
