What NaukarDundo is
NaukarDundo is a hiring platform for the work that keeps India running — delivery and logistics, housekeeping and cleaning, kitchen and cooking, security, warehouse and store work, driving, facility and maintenance, and helper and labour roles.
A job seeker searches, sees the salary before applying, and talks to the employer directly. There is no agent in the middle, and there is no fee at any point in that sequence.
Job seekers never pay. Not one rupee.
Registering is free. Searching is free. Applying is free. Being contacted by an employer is free. Reporting a job is free and does not even need an account.
The platform is paid for by employers, who pay to reach candidates. That is the whole business model, and it is written this way on purpose: the moment a platform earns money from the person looking for work, its incentives stop pointing at getting them hired.
If anyone — on this site or claiming to represent it — asks a job seeker for money, that is not us. Report it, and it costs nothing to do so.
Employers are checked before a job is published
An employer registers, and their business details are verified before any vacancy from them can go live. A listing from an unverified employer is not published.
That check reduces risk; it is not a guarantee about how a business behaves six months later, and we will not describe it as one. What we can promise is when the check happens and that a job seeker can report a listing that turns out to be wrong.
What NaukarDundo is not
We are not the employer. We are not a staffing agency supplying labour as the employer of record. We are not a party to the employment contract, and we do not guarantee employment, an interview, a selection or a candidate’s availability.
Interviews, background checks, pay, employment terms and statutory compliance are matters between the employer and the candidate. Being clear about that is not a disclaimer — it is the difference between a hiring platform and the middlemen this product exists to remove.

The company number is published here, in the footer and in both legal documents on purpose. "Is this a real company?" is the first question a careful reader asks of any job site, and a registration anyone can look up answers it better than a badge we could draw ourselves.
