Introduction and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NaukarDundo, including its website, mobile web experience, applications, candidate services, employer services and related features (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
NaukarDundo is operated by Elite World Services Limited (“EWS Limited”, “NaukarDundo”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, posting a job, applying for a job, purchasing a paid feature or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Definitions
- Candidate or Job Seeker means a person using the Platform to search for, view or apply for employment opportunities.
- Employer means a business, organisation, proprietor or other entity seeking to recruit personnel.
- Recruiter means an individual authorised to use the Platform on behalf of an Employer.
- User means any Candidate, Employer, Recruiter or other person using the Platform.
- Job Post means a vacancy or hiring requirement submitted through the Platform.
- Contact Unlock means a paid or otherwise authorised Platform feature through which an Employer gains access to candidate contact information or equivalent direct-contact functionality, subject to the applicable product rules.
Nature of the Platform
NaukarDundo is a technology platform intended to facilitate direct hiring interactions between Candidates and Employers.
Unless expressly stated for a particular service, NaukarDundo is not:
- the employer of Candidates;
- an employee of Employers;
- a staffing agency supplying labour as the employer of record;
- a party to the employment contract between an Employer and a Candidate;
- a guarantor of employment, interview, selection or candidate availability; or
- a guarantor of the accuracy, conduct, solvency, workplace, compensation, safety or future actions of any User.
Final recruitment decisions, interviews, background checks, compensation, employment terms, statutory compliance and the employment relationship are matters between the relevant Employer and Candidate.
Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction and your use complies with applicable law.
Candidates must meet the lawful minimum age and other legal requirements applicable to the relevant employment. Employers and Recruiters must have legal authority to recruit for the relevant Employer and vacancy.
Where a User acts for a company or other organisation, that User represents that they are authorised to bind or act for that organisation in relation to the Platform.
Account registration and security
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.
You must not:
- create an account using another person’s identity without authority;
- impersonate a company, recruiter or candidate;
- create misleading or fraudulent profiles;
- share OTPs or security credentials with unauthorised persons; or
- use another User’s account without permission.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law, and must promptly notify NaukarDundo of suspected unauthorised access. We may require mobile OTP, email verification or other authentication measures.
Job seeker / candidate terms
Candidates may use the Platform to search for jobs, create a profile, submit applications, receive job recommendations and communicate with Employers where the relevant functionality is available.
Candidates must:
- provide materially accurate profile, experience and qualification information;
- not submit forged documents or materially misleading information;
- communicate respectfully and lawfully;
- attend interviews, or notify Employers where they cannot attend, where reasonably possible; and
- independently evaluate an Employer and job opportunity before accepting employment or sharing additional sensitive information.
A Candidate is not guaranteed any minimum number of jobs, applications, employer contacts, interviews or offers.
₹0 policy for job seekers
No Employer, Recruiter or other User may use NaukarDundo to demand money from a Candidate merely to:
- access a vacancy;
- secure an interview;
- receive a guaranteed selection;
- obtain a job offer; or
- unlock a recruitment opportunity.
This prohibition does not automatically classify every legitimate post-selection expense or lawful employment-related requirement as fraudulent. Candidates should verify the Employer, the purpose and the legality before paying any amount or providing banking or identity information.
Users should report suspicious payment demands immediately. NaukarDundo may suspend or remove Users who use the Platform for recruitment scams, unlawful fee collection or deceptive conduct.
Employer and recruiter terms
Employers and Recruiters must:
- post only genuine vacancies they are authorised to fill;
- provide accurate company, role, location, salary and requirement information;
- not advertise unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative or non-existent jobs;
- not misrepresent the identity of the Employer;
- use Candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and related hiring purposes;
- comply with applicable employment, labour, wage, workplace, equal opportunity, child and adolescent labour, safety, tax and other laws;
- not scrape, harvest, resell or build unauthorised databases from Candidate information;
- not send unlawful spam or unrelated marketing to Candidates;
- maintain appropriate confidentiality and security of Candidate information; and
- promptly close, pause or update vacancies that are no longer available.
Employer verification
NaukarDundo may require verification before allowing a Job Post to become publicly visible, or before enabling certain Employer functions.
Verification may include business identity, authorised representative, business registration, domain or email, telephone or supporting-document checks.
A “Verified” indicator means that NaukarDundo has completed the verification steps applicable to that account or job at that time. It does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, credit assessment, background investigation, workplace inspection or promise concerning future conduct.
NaukarDundo may re-verify, reject, suspend or withdraw verification where information changes, becomes unreliable, or risk indicators arise.
Job posts
NaukarDundo may review, approve, reject, request changes to, pause, expire or remove Job Posts in accordance with Platform policies, applicable law and trust and safety requirements.
Prohibited Job Posts include, without limitation:
- fake or non-existent vacancies;
- unlawful employment;
- jobs intended to obtain money or personal data through deception;
- opportunities involving illegal activity;
- misleading compensation or material job terms;
- discriminatory requirements prohibited by applicable law;
- unlawful child labour;
- impersonation of another business; and
- content infringing third-party rights.
NaukarDundo may use automated and manual systems for moderation and risk detection.
Salary and job information
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of salary, incentives, work location, shifts, job duties, eligibility requirements and other employment information.
Where the Platform requires salary disclosure, Employers must not deliberately manipulate or misstate salary fields to attract applicants.
Actual compensation and employment terms are agreed between the Employer and Candidate, and may be subject to lawful deductions, incentives, attendance, experience, performance or other disclosed conditions.
Applications and matching
NaukarDundo may rank, recommend or match jobs and Candidates using information such as location, experience, skills, salary, availability, job category, preferences and Platform activity.
Matching and recommendations are discovery tools only. They do not constitute a representation that a Candidate is suitable, or that an Employer or job is appropriate.
Employers remain responsible for evaluating Candidates. Candidates remain responsible for evaluating jobs and Employers.
Direct contact and contact unlocks
The Platform is designed to facilitate direct Employer-Candidate interaction. Certain Candidate contact information may be restricted until an Employer completes an applicable Contact Unlock or obtains access through an eligible plan.
Unless otherwise shown at checkout or in an applicable plan:
- an unlock gives access to the relevant contact information or functionality available at that time;
- an unlock does not guarantee that the Candidate will answer, remain available, attend an interview, accept an offer or be hired;
- Employers must use unlocked information only for legitimate recruitment relating to genuine opportunities; and
- unlocked contact information must not be resold, publicly disclosed, scraped or used for unrelated solicitation.
Employer pricing and paid services
Current pricing, taxes, included features, limits and validity periods are displayed on the Platform and at checkout — see Pricing.
The commercial model may include:
- free job posting, subject to applicable limits and verification;
- a charge for individual Candidate contact unlocks, currently advertised at ₹49 per eligible unlock where applicable; and/or
- optional subscription, volume or enterprise plans.
The amount displayed at checkout for the relevant transaction, together with applicable taxes, is the controlling price for that purchase.
NaukarDundo may change future pricing, packages or included features. A pricing change will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Users agree to provide accurate billing and GST information where required, and to comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms. NaukarDundo may issue electronic invoices and receipts.
A payment may be declined, delayed or reversed by a bank, UPI provider, card network or payment processor for reasons outside NaukarDundo’s control.
Refunds, failed transactions and contact unlocks
- Failed payment where no paid entitlement is delivered. If money is successfully debited but NaukarDundo does not receive or confirm the payment, or does not deliver the purchased entitlement, the transaction will be reconciled and the amount refunded or the entitlement provided, as appropriate.
- Duplicate payment. Verified duplicate charges for the same transaction are refunded.
- Successful Contact Unlock. Once Candidate contact information or the paid contact functionality has been successfully revealed or delivered, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable merely because the Candidate does not answer, is unavailable, declines the opportunity, is unsuitable or is not hired.
- Platform error. If an unlock is charged but contact information is not delivered because of a confirmed NaukarDundo technical error, NaukarDundo may restore the unlock or credit, or provide a refund, as appropriate.
- Fraud or invalid profile. NaukarDundo may, after review, restore a credit or issue another remedy where a paid contact is confirmed to be fraudulent or materially invalid, subject to the applicable published policy.
- Subscriptions and plans. Cancellation, expiry and refund terms for subscription or volume plans are displayed with the relevant plan.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
No guarantee of outcome
NaukarDundo does not guarantee:
- employment;
- interviews;
- selection;
- a minimum number of applications;
- a minimum number of Candidates;
- Candidate response;
- Candidate attendance;
- Employer response;
- successful hiring;
- the accuracy of every User-submitted statement; or
- the continued availability of any particular vacancy or Candidate.
User content
Users may submit profiles, resumes, photographs, job descriptions, company information, messages, feedback and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of rights you hold in User Content.
You grant NaukarDundo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period reasonably necessary to operate the Services, to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit and otherwise process User Content for providing, securing, moderating, improving and promoting the Platform, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- violate applicable law;
- engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation or recruitment scams;
- demand prohibited recruitment fees;
- scrape, crawl or harvest Platform data except as expressly permitted;
- build or sell unauthorised Candidate databases;
- send spam or unrelated commercial messages;
- upload malware or interfere with Platform security;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- reverse engineer Platform software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- manipulate ratings, verification, applications, analytics or payment systems;
- post obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful or unlawful content;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- use Candidate data for lending, unrelated sales, surveillance or other purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment without an independent lawful basis;
- discriminate unlawfully in recruitment; or
- facilitate trafficking, forced labour, unlawful child labour or other exploitation.
Reporting, moderation and enforcement
Users may report suspicious jobs, Employers, Candidates or content using the reporting tool on any job posting, or by writing to grievance@naukardundo.com.
NaukarDundo may investigate reports and may:
- request information;
- restrict features;
- reject or remove content;
- pause Job Posts;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- revoke verification;
- preserve relevant records where legally appropriate; and
- cooperate with lawful authorities.
We may take urgent action where necessary to protect Users or Platform integrity.
Third-party services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, maps, communication providers or external websites. NaukarDundo does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate terms, availability or practices.
Intellectual property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Platform, software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, databases, interfaces and other NaukarDundo materials are owned by or licensed to Elite World Services Limited, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
No right is granted to use NaukarDundo’s trademarks, branding, software or proprietary content except as necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, NaukarDundo may use that feedback without restriction or compensation — provided this does not give us ownership of personal data or third-party intellectual property contained in the feedback.
Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data is described in the NaukarDundo Privacy Notice, which forms an important part of your use of the Services.
Platform availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, operational or business reasons. Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
NaukarDundo does not independently warrant every statement made by a User, and does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite World Services Limited and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising solely from use of the Platform, including loss of opportunity, anticipated income or data, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
For paid Employer Services, and to the extent legally permitted, NaukarDundo’s aggregate contractual liability arising from the specific paid Service giving rise to a claim will not exceed the fees actually paid by the claimant to NaukarDundo for that specific Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
User indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, an Employer, Recruiter or other business User agrees to indemnify Elite World Services Limited against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from that User’s:
- unlawful or fraudulent Job Posts;
- unauthorised use of Candidate data;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- breach of applicable employment or recruitment laws; or
- material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify NaukarDundo where such an obligation would be unlawful or unfair under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time, and may request account closure through available functionality or support.
NaukarDundo may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- breach of these Terms;
- fraud or security risk;
- fake jobs or fake profiles;
- unlawful conduct;
- misuse of personal data;
- non-payment or chargeback abuse;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- material risk to Users or the Platform.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Account closure and data
Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, security and other lawful purposes, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Electronic communications
You consent to receiving transactional electronic communications necessary to provide the Services, including OTPs, security alerts, application and job activity, interview information, payment confirmations and support communications.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

NaukarDundo will address grievances in accordance with applicable law and Platform procedures.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, security or business changes. The latest version is posted with a revised “Last updated” date — currently 28 August 2026. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means where required.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Where fresh consent is legally required, it will be sought separately.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other non-excludable legal rights, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or other forum where applicable law grants that right.
General terms
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. NaukarDundo may assign these Terms as part of a lawful corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.
